Callidus recently completed the design of a new 6 storey Residential Condominium in Markham Ontario.  This Building was designed to target the affordable housing market, while focusing on urban integration.  This is achieved through car share facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, and intentional pedestrian pathways tying into local transit systems.  Construction is set to begin this spring!
