CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided both mechanical and electrical design services for this project. The mechanical systems include VRF, MUA, PTACs, water heaters and fire protection. These systems are applied to every suite within the building. Similarly, the following electrical systems apply to every suite within the building: power and lighting systems, communication risers, EV charging stations & fire alarm risers.
