Callidus Engineering provided both mechanical and electrical services. The mechanical systems include rooftop units, VRF, ERV's and MUA's as well as local water heaters for plumbing. The electrical systems include: a power distribution system for the building, electric snow melting systems, office, exterior and industrial lighting control systems, electric heating, light level calculations, fire alarm system and provided electrical elevator installation requirements. We also coordinated specialty items such as an aircraft grounding system and specialty receptacles for aircraft maintenance equipment.
