Last week, team members from our London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Kingston offices came together in downtown Toronto for a full day of activities, conversation, and time together. With our team usually spread across three cities, it was a rare chance to get everyone in the same place and enjoy a day outside our usual routines.
We started with a Conundrum Outdoor Adventure that sent teams across downtown Toronto to tackle a series of challenges, with new tasks appearing throughout the afternoon. It gave people a chance to team up with coworkers they may not work with every day, think on their feet, and have some fun along the way.
The afternoon continued with our All Hands presentation focused on one of our core values, We Pursue Better. Canadian Olympian and 11-time national boxing champion Mandy Bujold joined us as our guest speaker, sharing her perspective on perseverance, growth, and continually striving for better.
We finished the day at BATL Grounds with axe throwing, archery, and more time to catch up together. Days like this are a great reminder of how much it means to bring everyone together, especially when our offices and day-to-day work keep us spread across Ontario.
