Mechanical Engineer Julie Pepper, P.Eng., recently earned her Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) designation. In her words:

“Excited to share that I’ve earned my Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

My career has provided opportunities to work with a diverse range of energy systems, from industrial processes, cogeneration to nuclear generation plants, HVAC systems, and high-performance buildings. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the critical role energy plays in supporting our industries, businesses, and communities.
The CEM designation is an important milestone that expands my expertise in energy management and strengthens my ability to identify practical opportunities for efficiency, sustainability, and operational improvement.

I’m grateful to the mentors, colleagues, and clients who have contributed to my professional development and look forward to applying this knowledge to future projects.”

Congratulations, Julie, and thank you for continuing to strengthen the expertise you bring to our team.
