    Callidus Engineering managed both the design and construction of the mechanical and electrical systems for a Broadview long-term care facility in Smiths Fall. We ensured the heating and ventilation systems met healthcare standards, providing individual temperature control in each room. Our design incorporated features like roof-mounted HVAC units and a boiler plant. For the electrical system, we designed a reliable setup with a backup generator and energy-saving lighting controls.
