This project is the first phase of a residential development on a former industrial site. The 14 storey building contains 162 market rental apartments, with the typical amenities – party room, fitness room, storage areas, parcel delivery unit. Parking is a combination of surface and one level of below grade parking, complete with EV charging stations. Estimated completion – Summer 2025.

DESCRIPTION
CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus provided mechanical and electrical engineering services during design and construction phases. Mechanical systems included 2-pipe fan coil with integral ERV's, and central chilled water and boiler plant. Electrical systems included emergency generator, power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm and access control. This building qualified for the CMHC MLI Select financing program.
