Callidus Engineering provided the design for a new two storey office building. Design ensured allowances for a second 18,000sq.ft. addition in the future. Spaces included offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, lunch room, LAN rooms and storage rooms.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the plumbing and electrical engineering for this project. Electrical design included power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm, exit and emergency lighting, and communications. Lighting design included exterior site lighting, accent lighting, general lighting and lighting controls. The plumbing design included multiple local hot water heaters, sanitary and storm systems.
