This project consisted of a new 2-storey office headquarters for an area home builder, approximately 10,000 sq. ft. The office building will be built to have net zero energy consumption and a solar roof.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering for the project design. Mechanical systems design included domestic water distribution, central gas fired hot water system, storm water and sanitary drainage systems, and Forced Air heating and cooling system. Electrical systems design included power distribution, communications system design, and fire alarm system, emergency lighting and LED interior and exterior lighting design.
