DESCRIPTION
CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus provided electrical and mechanical engineering services for the chilled water system upgrades. This included new power distribution from existing MCC's to accommodate the loads, while minimizing disruption to production. The chilled water system included complete replacement of all piping, which was undersized for the required chilled water capacity. New air cooled chillers were installed on an elevated platform above the roof, and new VFD controlled pumps were included. A completed building automation system was added to allow communication between the chilled water system and the process PLC system. All work was completed with only 3 partial day shutdowns.
