A new high end car dealership including large inventory and customer parking areas. Lighting was designed to invite customers, showcase inventory, and highlight the all glass front of the building while avoiding glare so as indoor inventory was highly visible from the road. We had to observe strict municipal dark sky and trespass requirements.

Callidus Engineering coordinated closely with the Architect, owner, Audi Brand Engineers, and the City of Kitchener to select a suitable fixture family. We were required to consider the vision of the Architect, the needs of the Audi Brand, and the showcasing of the inventory, while adhering to the stringent requirements of the City of Kitchener. Getting all parties on the same page from concept thru completion of design was one of the bigger challenges in this project. Callidus Engineering provided lighting calculations, construction documents, and construction review and sign#off documents as required by the City of Kitchener. While the project started as a prime consultant driven construction project, it became a construction management focused build in the end
