Callidus Engineering coordinated closely with the Architect, owner and City of Kitchener to provide the mechanical and electrical designs for the facility. We were required to consider the vision of the Architect, the needs of the Acura Brand and showcasing of their inventory and building, while adhering to the stringent requirements of the City of Kitchener. Callidus Engineering provided lighting, power, and HVAC calculations, construction documents, construction review and sign"off documents as required by the City of Kitchener. Mechanical and electrical systems included a hydronic snow melt and heating system, packaged rooftop HVAC system, hazardous gas detection system, site lighting, lighting controls, and showroom/service garage power distribution.
