    At Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock, our team worked alongside Oxford County to bring much-needed cooling to this vital long-term care facility. With the Woodingford Lodge Cooling Addition, every resident suite is now equipped with dedicated air conditioning, ensuring improved comfort for those who call this community home.Long-term care facilities play an essential role in our communities, providing a safe, supportive environment for aging residents and those requiring specialized care. Having worked on many LTC projects, we understand how thoughtful mechanical and electrical upgrades can make a real difference—not just for residents, but for staff who rely on well-functioning systems to provide quality care.Our work included:🔹 Mechanical & electrical design to integrate cooling into existing systems🔹 Heat load calculations to determine capacity needs🔹 Designed indoor A/C heads and refrigerant piping throughout the building🔹 Condensing units installed on the roof, with proper sealing of building penetrations🔹 Electrical system upgrades to handle the additional cooling load🔹 System testing and review to ensure proper installationWith these upgrades, residents and staff will experience a more comfortable, controlled indoor environment—a valuable improvement for long-term care.#EngineeringExcellence #LDNont #HVAC #LongTermCare #MechanicalEngineering #ElectricalEngineering #OxfordCounty ...
