    On March 18, our Kingston team traded drawings and deadlines for a night at Slush Puppie Place, taking in a Kingston Frontenacs game together. With some of the kids of Team Callidus in attendance, the evening took on a bit more energy and a great time was had by all.Partway through, Callidus Engineering appeared on the big screen, which got a reaction from our group and added to the moment. On the ice, the Frontenacs carried a strong game through to a 4–2 win against the Barrie Colts, keeping the home crowd engaged right to the final buzzer.It was a great night to spend time together outside of work and to be part of the atmosphere in Kingston, supporting the local team alongside the rest of the community and our team.#YGK #KingstonMade #Teambuilding ...

    When our team moves from fluorescent fixtures to LED and integrates architectural dimming controls, the objective is straightforward. Provide reliable, flexible control so the space can shift between lectures, presentations, exams, and events without workarounds. For AEC teams, electrical design supports architectural intent in very practical ways. Light levels, zoning, and control strategies influence sightlines, visual comfort, and how materials read on stage and in seating areas, and early coordination between lighting layout and controls helps ensure the space performs as intended in real use, not just in drawings.Ben Laurin, EIT speaks to the technical side in the clip.
