    We were on site last week at the Kingsley Square condos in Newmarket, checking in on a project our team has been involved with from early design through construction. This two-tower condominium development brings together a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems that all need to work in concert, from central plant and in-suite HVAC to building power, lighting, life safety, and EV-ready infrastructure. The challenge has always been less about any single system and more about how everything fits together at scale across both towers. Kingsley Square is targeting LEED Silver, with sustainability considerations carried through the design of its systems and supporting infrastructure from the outset. #EngineeringExcellence #Newmarket #LoveYR ...
