    Designing within constraints is where experience actually shows.In this example , the challenge was not meeting healthcare-level HVAC requirements. It was doing so inside an existing commercial building without triggering a full electrical service upgrade.That kind of outcome does not come from upsizing equipment or adding margin everywhere. It comes from understanding how mechanical design choices affect electrical demand, and adjusting system operation accordingly.As Luke Reist explains in this clip, our team worked through the problem at the controls level. By coordinating supply air temperature strategies with electric reheat sizing, we were able to stay within the available electrical capacity while still delivering proper zoning, comfort, and performance.This is the value of tight mechanical and electrical coordination.
