    🔧✨ From blueprints to a bustling training hub: bringing the Carpenters' Union Local 249 Training Centre to life showcased our team's mechanical and electrical engineering skills. Our team provided HVAC system design, plumbing, and electrical installations to ensure optimal functionality for classrooms, workshops, offices and specialized training areas. This incredible project supports the growth and development of skilled trades in the community.The facility, known locally as the Local 249 Training Centre, features a high-bay training area equipped with a crane and woodworking shops. We designed efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems tailored to the needs of large training spaces, along with energy-efficient lighting solutions to enhance the natural, exposed wood ceilings within the facility. It received recognition at the 23rd annual Ontario Wood WORKS! Awards, organized by the Canadian Wood Council, for its exemplary use of wood in construction. 🏆🌲A huge shoutout to our partners at Shoalts & Zaback Architects, the Carpenters Union Local 249 for the collaboration and teamwork throughout this project! 🤝🏗️Watching this facility take shape has been deeply fulfilling.
