    Nicholas Warren, P.Eng. is in the spotlight this month, and for good reason.After years of dedication, including his start as an intern back in 2019, we’re proud to celebrate Nicholas earning his P.Eng. designation earlier this year. 🎉He has played a vital role in our electrical team since joining full time in 2021. He contributes to projects, mentors junior staff, and helps develop internal training materials.Here’s what Electrical Department Manager Loan Nguyen, P.Eng. had to say about this milestone:“Congratulations to Nicholas for receiving his license from PEO to practice as a professional electrical engineer early this year! Nicholas has been with us since 2019 as an intern and worked part-time with us in his final school year before joining us full time in May of 2021.Nicholas has been an invaluable member of our Callidus team. He brings a calm and consistent approach to not only every project he has worked on but also the various extra roles he has been involved in, including training our junior members and developing training documents.     Yesterday, all three of our offices took part in our annual Earth Day trash pickup. It’s a small gesture, but a meaningful one. From trail cleanups to industrial park litter sweeps, our team stepped up with gloves on and garbage bags in hand. There’s pride in helping keep our shared spaces clean, and satisfaction in looking after the communities we’re part of. That same mindset carries into our work. We prioritize energy efficiency in every design and are contributing to more net-zero projects than ever before. Thank you to everyone who pitched in.
