- Four-pipe hydronic heating/cooling system with in-suite vertical fan coils for energy-efficient climate control
- Central domestic hot water heating system supporting 198 luxury residences
- Two-zone variable speed booster pump system for consistent water pressure throughout the tower
- High-efficiency LED lighting and occupancy controls for common areas and the parking garage
- Fire protection and emergency power systems, ensuring safety and resilience
- In-suite energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) for enhanced air quality and reduced energy consumption
