Callidus Engineering designed both the mechanical and electrical systems for this project involving the design-build of a single-story firehall spanning approximately 9,000 sq. ft., with an additional 800 sq ft mezzanine. The building includes six drive-through bays for fire trucks, along with office space, kitchen, washrooms, locker rooms, gear storage, laundry facilities, compressed air tank filling station, and mezzanine storage, catering to the needs of Southwold Township.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided mechanical and electrical designing services in corroboration with Contractors to provide mechanical and electrical design services tailored to meet client requirements. The scope encompassed HVAC designs, specialty service bay exhaust systems, plumbing layouts, and hydronic systems. The electrical design included coordination with local authorities and utilities for primary electrical services, conduits, and fiber services. Additionally, incorporated LED lighting ensuring energy efficient design, and power distribution with allocations for HVAC and specialty equipment needs.
