CONSULTING SERVICES
The general scope of work was to perform a comprehensive review of the electrical infrastructure systems serving the research campus for the purpose of allocating ownership (and operating responsibility) between the tenant and the building owner. The infrastructure systems reviewed included the following;
- High Voltage Substation;
- Centralized heating & cooling systems;
- Building Electrical Distribution systems;
- Central Emergency Generator and Local Transfer Switches;
- Lighting;
- Fire detection and access control systems.
