Callidus Engineering provided the design of the mechanical and electrical systems for the building. Mechanical systems designed included in floor heating throughout with additional individual zone controls by heating coils, and an ERV to assist in efficient heating and cooling. Electrical systems designed included power distribution system, nurse call system, video intercom system, universal washroom emergency call system and full exterior site lighting design.
