CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided visual site inspection and detail condition assessment of the existing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems currently serving the facility. A report was generated which included details of the building systems, major equipment including manufacturer and year of in-service, present condition and anticipated life expectancy. Report included estimated repair/replacement costs.
