Located in a historic building in downtown Kingston, Heist Restaurant & Wine Club provides fine-dining and extensive wine selections for residents and tourists. Originally a long-standing bank tenant, this space has been renovated to house a new 150 seat, 5,500 sq ft fine-dining restaurant and wine bar complete with full commercial kitchen, large bar, wait stations, washrooms, and storage.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering designed all aspects of the mechanical and electrical systems
for this renovation. The HVAC and plumbing systems included a custom vented
pizza oven, commercial kitchen cooking and dishwasher hoods, make-up air, watersource heat pumps, controls, hot/cold domestic water supply, sanitary drainage and
all plumbing fixtures. The power, lighting and life safety systems included detailed
coordination of kitchen and bar equipment, fire alarm design, communication and
security systems, and power distribution. The lighting design was coordinated
closely with the restaurant's interior designer.
