Construction of a new rail and subway terminal at Sheppard Avenue West & Bakersfield Street. GO Transit is a tenant within the TTC owned terminal which is comprised of two platforms serviced by adjacent green roofed buildings.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the electrical, plumbing and mechanical designs for the tenant space within Sheppard Station occupied by GO Transit. The electrical design included coordination between civil and base building engineers, design of power, communications and security systems for a 300m long rail platform and implementation of the new ticket booth standard design. The mechanical design consisted of ductless split units throughout the interior of the ticket booth and ancillary spaces as well as snow melt for the entire length of the 300m long rail platform.
