The project consisted of the renovation of two adjacent heritage buildings on the Queen’s University campus. Renovation included new universal washrooms, kitchen upgrades and various office and administrative spaces.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for the renovation of both buildings. Mechanical engineering design included adding new split system AC units, upgrades to hydronic heating distribution, exhaust and ventilation systems installed. New domestic and sanitary piping layouts designed for new washrooms and kitchen. Electrical engineering design included new LED lighting throughout, revised power distribution to suit new layouts, added barrier free access devices, Fire alarm and exit/emergency lighting were also included.
