Callidus Engineering has been engaged to provide electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing design services for all four phases including the residential tower, townhomes and two-level interconnected parking garage. The electrical design includes the electrical distribution, emergency generators for back-up of life safety systems, fire alarm system, occupancy lighting control for common areas and parking garage, coordination with an interior designer for lighting design, and a building security & access control. The mechanical design includes heating/cooling systems in condo suites and townhomes, standalone HVAC systems with heat recovery in common spaces, a make-up air units providing ventilation air, ventilation systems for the two storey parking garage. Mechanical scope also includes fire protection systems, domestic water systems, and sanitary and storm drainage.

All systems design included detailed coordination for planning and connections for each distinct phase, and construction phasing.
