Callidus Engineering provided the design of the electrical and mechanical systems for the building. Electrical Systems designed included power distribution system, fire alarm system, interior, exterior and emergency lighting systems, occupancy sensor layouts, parking rail plug-ins, telephone and satellite distribution systems. Mechanical systems included fancoil duct distribution, hydronic heating distribution, energy recovery ventilators, and a kitchen fire suppression system and grease hood design.
