Bluewater Area Family Health Team offer family health care in the town of Zurich, Ontario. In order to keep up with the demand of new patients and to ensure that the best level of care is available, the client required a renovation of their existing 3,600 sq.ft. Clinic and the addition of a new 5,200 sq.ft expansion.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the electrical, mechanical and plumbing design for the renovation and addition. The plumbing design included new domestic water distribution for new fixtures throughout. The mechanical design consisted of new HVAC equipment and distribution for the new and renovated areas. The electrical design required the addition of a new controlled entry system, communication systems throughout and revised power distribution to include the new and renovated areas.
