CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided both electrical and mechanical engineering services to the existing HVAC and hydronic system. This included the replacement of three custom air handling units with new units with energy recovery, replacement of all existing hydronic heating elements and a new VRF system for the existing gym. The electrical work was limited to providing new conduit and conductors to upgraded HVAC equipment.

Unique Design Features
The existing AHUs were in extremely small rooms and had to be removed and replaced in sections to accommodate the existing conditions.
