Last week, our London, Kitchener, and Kingston offices celebrated three major milestones: Derek Reid, Erica Peckham, and Dawn Schaefer each reached 20 years with Callidus Engineering.
Derek has helped shape Callidus through project leadership, business development, and the growth of our Kingston office. As Principal, he guides teams, supports clients, and keeps complex work moving.
Erica keeps people, priorities, and communication moving across the company. As Executive Assistant, she supports the executive group and creates structure behind decisions, follow-through, and daily coordination.
Dawn has guided Callidus’ accounting process through years of growth and change. As Accounting Manager, her consistency and attention to detail help keep the business steady and organized.
