It is hard to believe what has happened over the last 6 months. While we were gearing up for a productive second quarter, the entire economy paused. With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus and new social protocols being introduced, revised, reintroduced and enforced, the entire Callidus team migrated quickly from our offices to work from home.

We managed to transition home within a week – a daunting task to say the least, but one that virtually all our industry took on. Water cooler conversations becoming Slack calls, team and client meetings moved to Zoom conferences, dining tables became desks, and playrooms became offices. The new norm took some getting used to.

The transition to remote working involved a lot of new tech, and a steep learning curve for some. We functioned fully as a “work from home” organization until the restrictions were reduced in late June, when some of us returned to our offices.

That brings us to now. Both our London and Kingston offices are open and operating with a few small modifications to normal operations. . We are still committed to maintaining physical distancing measures, reducing visitors, tracking contacts and cleaning all common surfaces frequently. Many of our staff are continuing to work remotely. To ensure you continue to receive the service you expect from Callidus, please reach out to your Callidus project manager or team member ahead of time if you wish to meet at our office. This will allow us to have the space and correct people available. Like the rest of the world, we continue to rely heavily on virtual meetings as well.

We are all in this together. Stay safe out there!
