We Make Buildings Work. The work behind that is only possible because of the people who keep everything moving.
On this Administrative Professionals Day, we are recognizing the team that makes Callidus Engineering work.
Across our offices, our administrative team supports every part of the business. They keep financial processes on track, keep teams organized as priorities shift, and handle the day to day coordination that keeps work moving without things slipping through the cracks.
Amie Pierson, Accouting, supports our accounting operations with more than 20 years of experience in accounts receivable and client relations, helping keep financial processes running smoothly.
Catherine Wauthier, Executive Assistant, brings over two decades of experience and a diverse skill set to support the Kitchener team, adding structure and consistency to a fast moving environment.
Dawn Schaefer, Accounting Manager, has overseen Callidus Engineering’s accounting for more than two decades, helping guide the company’s growth while managing every aspect of the accounting process.
Erica Peckham, Executive Assistant, plays a central role in supporting our executive group, drawing on years of experience to keep priorities aligned and communication clear.
Susan Murray, Executive Assistant in our Kingston office, applies her background in operations and organization to keep the office running smoothly and support both staff and leadership.
Stacey Lively, Payroll and Administration Coordinator, oversees administrative and payroll processes at Callidus Engineering, bringing strong organizational skills and a steady approach to a role that supports teams across the company.
Together, they create the foundation that allows our technical teams to focus on their work. Their attention to detail, reliability, and ability to keep things moving forward make a measurable difference every day.
This year also marks a transition for someone who has been a part of that foundation for a long time. After 10 years with Callidus Engineering, our own Misi McKone has retired. In her time with the company, Misi played a key role in supporting accounting operations and helping the business run day to day. Her contributions have left a lasting mark on the team and we wish her nothing but the best into the future.
To say we are grateful for the work they put in will always be an understatement, it’s through their essential contributions that we’re able to continue to Make Buildings Work.
