Callidus Engineering provided mechanical and electrical services for this project. The mechanical components included HVAC, which is delivered via a highly efficient water source heat pump system with central boiler and chiller plant. Plumbing systems were designed with the ability to isolate any single unit without entering the private space. Additionally, the electrical design included power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and access control. Site power design included EV chargers.
