Callidus Engineering is pleased to recognize Owen Bennett as the 2025–2026 recipient of the Callidus Engineering Award, presented through Western University’s Engineering Awards & Scholarships Program by our own Sean O’Byrne.
Owen, a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at Western University, was recognized during the Faculty of Engineering’s Fall Awards & Scholarships Ceremony. In addition to his academic achievements, Owen serves as Rear Suspension and Brakes Team Lead for Western Baja Racing and contributes as an undergraduate researcher applying deep learning methods to materials analysis in the nuclear industry.
