Callidus Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering for the project. The mechanical design featured high-efficiency equipment throughout; condensing tankless water heaters, energy recovery ventilators, and a VRF heat pump system in the common areas. The electrical design included an emergency generator, fire alarm system, provisions for a solar system, electric vehicle charging stations, high efficiency LED lighting, and occupancy lighting controls. The fire protection system included a wet sprinkler/standpipe system throughout the building and a dry system in the parking garage.
