CONSULTING SERVICES
Callidus Engineering provided the architectural, electrical plumbing and mechanical design and acted as the prime consultant for the project. The electrical design consisted of the power distribution including integration of pad mounted emergency generator, lighting, emergency and life safety systems throughout the building. The Architectural design drawings included building code matrix, site and grading plans, detailed floor plans and wall types, detailed building elevations and sections, construction details, reflected ceiling plan, washroom elevations, door, window and finishes schedules, and millwork plans, sections and elevations. The mechanical design included plumbing systems with on site septic storage, firefighting water storage tank, a hydronic infloor- heating system and forced air HVAC for the occupied spaces. Construction administration was provided from concept through to occupancy.
