Callidus Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical consulting. Mechanical design included dedicated ventilation and heating systems for the shop area and a dedicated furnace serving the office and reception area. Design challenges included providing ventilation in large service pits, high ceilings, and high ventilation load. Electrical design included power coordination for new mechanical equipment, lighting system design for addition, and an extension of the existing power distribution system.
