Callidus Engineering is a professional engineering firm providing building services and process support and design plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, life safety for developers, architects, industry, government, contractors and property managers. We service clients in a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, institutional, manufacturing, residential, transportation, telecom, places of worship and more.

Callidus Engineering was established in 2005 by its founders Grant Hall, Michael Gubesch and Matthew VanGilst. after merging J.E.D Engineering and M.G.G Engineering into one company. With a strong group of engineers and a dedication to deliver great results, Callidus Engineering quickly grew from nine employees in 2005 to the 31-person team they have today. Currently, the Callidus team is made up of 12 licensed professional engineers supported by engineers in training, designers, drafters and administrative staff who work together to execute innovative projects and provide unmatched customer service to each and every client.

Whether creating designs, evaluating conditions or considering what could be, Callidus Engineering uses its knowledge base and breadth of experience to evaluate, design and support the maintenance, rehabilitation and construction of building systems across eight provinces and the three territories in Canada.
